Job summary

The Mank Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build and lead a remote sales team across the United States. You will drive growth toward high monthly and quarterly targets while mentoring peers and expanding the nationwide footprint.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales/management, a life/health license or ability to obtain quickly, and a college degree preferred. This is a commission-only 1099 role with flexible scheduling and strong mentorship support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year Sales/Management experience required.
• Current Life and Health License (or ability to get quickly).
• College Degree preferred.
