Job summary

CAF Outdoor Cleaning seeks a Regional Account Manager to grow an established portfolio across the U.S. and Canada, building trusted relationships from store level to corporate leadership and driving measurable sales growth.

You will manage a territory with significant autonomy, solving customer challenges and turning opportunities into results. The role requires 3+ years of sales experience, willingness to travel ~30%, and proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience.
• Experience in retail fuel, convenience, grocery is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in French and English preferred.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to Québec and surrounding Canadian markets and within the United States.
• Residence within approximately 45 minutes of a major airport.
• Strong ownership, sound judgment, and alignment with CAF's culture and team values.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute CAF's account-management strategy as a collaborative member of the team.
• Retain current sales and deliver agreed-upon growth within assigned accounts.
• Grow existing accounts through customer calls, meetings, and training—both in person and virtually.
• Monitor program execution through sales data, customer feedback, and site visits.
• Build relationships from store management to corporate leadership to strengthen CAF program adoption.
• Create account strategies that expand product use, program support, and profitable sales.
• Plan efficient business travel throughout the territory and manage expenses responsibly.
• Keep CRM records, work plans, reports, and sales forecasts accurate and current.
• Track competitors, market trends, pricing, products, and best practices.
• Resolve customer concerns and recommend improvements based on field insights.
• Tailor sales presentations, training, and support to each customer's needs.
• Partner with CAF leaders and sales teammates on rollouts, training, product testing, and account support.
