CAF is seeking a Regional Account Manager to expand our customer portfolio across the U.S. and Canada, with a focus on strong store-to-corporate relationships and driving measurable sales growth.

The role offers substantial autonomy to manage your territory and address customer challenges, delivering CAF programs with results. You will build trusted relationships, expand CAF programs, and maintain accurate CRM records while traveling to client sites and virtual meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of successful sales experience in relevant sectors.
• Fluent English; French/English bilingual preferred for client communications.
• Ability to travel ~30% to US & Québec markets.

Aufgaben

• Execute CAF's account-management strategy as a collaborative member of the team.
• Retain current sales and deliver agreed-upon growth within assigned accounts.
• Grow existing accounts through customer calls, meetings, and training—both in person and virtually.
• Monitor program execution through sales data, customer feedback, and site visits.
• Build relationships from store management to corporate leadership to strengthen CAF program adoption.
• Create account strategies that expand product use, program support, and profitable sales.
• Plan efficient business travel throughout the territory and manage expenses responsibly.
• Keep CRM records, work plans, reports, and sales forecasts accurate and current.
• Track competitors, market trends, pricing, products, and best practices.
• Resolve customer concerns and recommend improvements based on field insights.
• Tailor sales presentations, training, and support to each customer's needs.
• Partner with CAF leaders and sales teammates on rollouts, training, product testing, and account support.
