Job summary

CAF Outdoor Cleaning is seeking a Regional Account Manager to manage a growing portfolio across the U.S. and Canada. The role offers remote work with significant autonomy to build trusted relationships from store level to corporate leadership, driving CAF programs and measurable sales growth.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of sales experience, strong English and French skills, and the ability to travel about 30% to Canada and the United States. Residence near a major airport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of successful sales experience across retail or field sales.
• Proficiency in French and English preferred.
• Willingness to travel about 30% to US/Canada.
• Residence within 45 minutes of a major airport.
• Strong computer skills including CRM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute the account-management strategy with the sales team.
• Retain current sales and deliver growth within assigned accounts.
• Grow existing accounts through calls, meetings, and training.
• Monitor program execution using sales data and site visits.
• Build relationships from store level to corporate leadership.
• Plan efficient business travel and manage expenses.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Track market trends, pricing, and competitors.
• Deliver tailored presentations and training to customers.
