Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales/account management.
• Proven track record in professional sales and account management (1+ years), apparel industry valued.
• Outstanding relationship-building with a customer-centric approach.
• Advanced analytical mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities through data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong technical aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Maintains strategic account engagement through outreach and follow-up.
• Builds relationships across customer organizations from ownership to sales and merchandising.
• Partners with Outside Sales to align with go-to-market strategies and renewal processes.
• Leverages internal resources to maximize sales opportunities (trade marketing, pricing, etc.).
• Maintains weekly reporting, calendar organization, sales funnel tracking, and CRM upkeep.
• Provides swift problem resolution with focus on rapid response times and conflict management.
• Highlights competitive advantages and drives upsell opportunities.
• Delivers timely product information, inventory updates, pricing, and policies via multiple channels.
• Creates strategic pricing structures and quotations to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborates on product solutions including new merchandise and marketing materials.
• Excels in multitasking across phone, email, coordination, and web-based solutions.
