• 1+ years of professional sales/account management experience; promotional products/apparel industry valued.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; a high school diploma is acceptable with relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with strong presentation skills.
• Outstanding relationship-building capabilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities through customer data analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data-driven selling approaches.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strategic account engagement through consistent outreach and follow-up with Outside Sales.
• Build comprehensive relationships across customer organizations, from ownership to sales and merchandising teams.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to align with go-to-market strategies and renewal processes.
• Leverage internal resources to maximize sales opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Provide timely, accurate information on product details, inventory, pricing, and policies.
• Create strategic pricing structures and quotations to drive revenue growth.
• Partner with Outside Sales to deliver merchandise information, samples, and marketing materials.
• Demonstrate strong multitasking across phone, email, CRM, and web platforms.
