Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Account Executive in Phoenix to identify leads, prospect, and sell a full suite of waste and recycling services to commercial and industrial clients. You will deliver presentations, follow up with decision makers, and close sales to drive revenue growth.

In this role you will use Salesforce daily, maintain client information, and stay current on pricing and services. A customer-focused approach and two years of direct selling experience are required, along with a

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role.
Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

Identify leads and acquire new, profitable commercial, industrial and recycling business to meet revenue goals.
Follow up on leads within 2 hours and create a follow-up task in Salesforce.
Utilize Salesforce daily to schedule and document activities and build prospect profiles.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and close sales.
Conduct cold calls to establish initial and follow-up appointments with decision makers.
Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and industry trends to grow revenue.
Meet with Sales Manager to review progress and key relationships.
