Republic Services is seeking an Account Executive to identify leads, prospect new business, and sell the full range of waste and recycling services in the United States, including total waste stream solutions. You will regularly meet with decision makers to present and close sales, using Salesforce to manage opportunities and accounts.

The role requires at least 2 years of direct selling experience and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of direct selling experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in waste or service industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify viable leads and manage prospects to acquire new commercial, industrial, and recycling business.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients and close sales.
• Follow up with decision makers to establish appointments and close deals.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) to document activities and build customer profiles.
• Attend trade shows, chamber events, and company-sponsored activities to increase visibility.
• Meet weekly with Sales Manager to review progress and key relationships.
