Job summary

TransPerfect seeks an Account Executive to drive regional business and support existing clients. You will lead regional development, research prospects, and present TransPerfect’s language service solutions in meetings.

Strong English communication, 2–4 years in sales, and a proven track record in achieving targets are essential. The role offers growth within a global leader in language services and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 2–4 years of sales experience.
• Account Management experience is beneficial but not required.
• Interest in Strategic Business Development.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business development to drive new revenue.
• Develop prospective clients via research, trade show lists, referrals, directories and outreach.
• Close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking and events.
• Formulate sales plans to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Present TransPerfect’s solutions in meetings (one-on-one, group, online, in-person).
• Improve new business development strategy within the regional market and verticals.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients about the translation process, including rates and turnaround times.
• Develop regional/national account strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Understand capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services.
• Grow existing high-level client relationships.
