Job summary

TransPerfect Translations International in Boston, MA is seeking an Account Executive to lead regional business development and drive new revenue for our language services solutions.

You will develop prospective clients through research, referrals, and networking, present our solutions in meetings, and negotiate rates and deadlines while expanding high-level client relationships across industries. A Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• 1–3 years of sales experience.
• Account management experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proven sales lifecycle experience from lead generation to closing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead regional business development activities to drive new revenue.
• Develop prospective clients through internet research, trade show lists, referrals, and directories.
• Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and events.
• Formulate sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Present TransPerfect's solutions in various meeting formats.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients and educate them on processes.
