Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an Account Manager to develop new business relationships and provide first-line support to existing clients. You will drive client acquisition, nurture accounts, and collaborate with leadership to expand the TransPerfect portfolio.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, problem solving, and relationship management while coordinating with production to deliver high-quality translations on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop prospective clients through various strategies and research.
• Foster and close new clients through referrals, cold calling and networking.
• Grow new business from existing clients through upselling.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to expand relationships.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients on translation processes, rates and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with production to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service.
• Understand industries TransPerfect serves and keep updated on market data.
• Perform additional projects or duties as required.
