• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated data.
• Cold call prospective clients and build relationships.
• Negotiate rates and deadlines with clients.
• Educate clients about translation processes, pricing, and timelines.
• Coordinate with production to ensure high-quality delivery of jobs.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with service and outcomes.
• Understand industries TransPerfect markets to and stay informed on trends.
