Job summary

Phoenix Contact is seeking an Account Development Specialist (End-User) in Cleveland, OH to drive sales with end-user customers and regional engineering firms. You will engage directly, build relationships, and collaborate with channel and field engineering teams to exceed sales targets.

The role focuses on developing accounts in Ohio, Kentucky and Western Tennessee, delivering product solutions and hands-on demonstrations while maintaining CRM data and preparing sales materials.

Qualifications

• Technical discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years minimum sales experience in electronics or industrial automation & controls.
• Experience working with distribution is preferred.
• Comfortable making cold calls and sending outreach emails.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales quotas as established by management.
• Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
• Support proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client information and track activities.
