Phoenix Contact is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive regional sales across Ohio, Kentucky, and parts of Tennessee. You will lead strategic plans, build executive relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to grow account share and profitability.

The role requires technical acumen, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. A four-year technical degree and 5+ years of sales experience are preferred.

Formación

• Four-year degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years sales experience in electronics or industrial automation & controls.
• Experience working with distribution preferred.
• Excellent networking and influencing skills for all levels.
• Proven track record in achieving strategic and sales targets.
• Self-motivated with quick learning and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed sales quotas as established by the RSM/VP—Field Sales.
• Be proficient in BASE selling skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Develop strategic plans and implement initiatives for regional strategic accounts.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build relationships and expand Phoenix Contact brand.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and forecasts.
• Deliver presentations and hands-on demonstrations of Phoenix Contact products.
