Job summary

MIMEDX Group is expanding its sales team in California with an Account Executive focused on growing market share for wound care and tissue products. You will identify opportunities, present to physicians and hospitals, and collaborate with reimbursement teams to optimize patient access.

The role requires 2–5 years in related field and a BS/BA (MS/MA preferred). Travel within territory is expected; base salary ranges from $84,000 to $102,000 with commissions based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in related field with 1-3 years of progressive responsibilities.
• MS/MA and 1-3 years of experience in related field; certification in some areas.
• Prefer 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals for products and tissue offerings.
• Identify, define, and execute market opportunities with new marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Conduct large group and individual presentations to customers on company products and their usages.
• Research and resolve reimbursement issues with established policies.
• Develop territory plans to ensure revenue growth and long-term market share.
