Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline; 2–5 years experience in related field with 1–3 years in progressive roles.
• MS/MA with 1–3 years experience; Certification required in some areas.
• Prefer 3–4 years of experience in medical device, biotech, and tissue segments of the healthcare industry.
• Proven ability to develop relationships that fuel growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals for products and tissue offerings.
• Identify, define, and execute market opportunities with new marketing strategies and sales plans.
• Conduct presentations to customers and prospects on company products and usages.
• Research and resolve reimbursement issues with established policies.
• Maintain territory plans and report sales activities and forecasts.
