Qualifications

BS/BA in related discipline required; MS/MA preferred in some areas.
2-5 years of experience in related field with 1-3 years progressive responsibilities or verifiable ability.
MS/MA plus 1-3 years of related field experience; certification may be required in some areas.
Prefer 3-4 years of experience in medical device, biotechnology, or tissue sectors.
Proven track record in high-growth organizations and building relationships that drive growth.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals for products and tissue offerings.
Identify market opportunities and implement strategies across physician practices, hospitals, and clinics.
Conduct presentations to customers and prospects on company products and their usages.
Resolve reimbursement issues with customers, coordinating with the reimbursement team.
Provide accurate reporting and territory forecasts; monitor market knowledge and trends.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to support sales objectives.
