Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma seeks an experienced Aesthetics Territory Manager to promote our regenerative portfolio across the Midwest and Mountain West. This field-based role requires extensive travel within the assigned states and a knack for building client relationships with medical spas and dermatology practices.

Hybrid remote work, daily territory travel, and a commitment to staying current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management experience or a related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet quotas.
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
• Cross-sell products, when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors.
