Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the Midwest/Mountain West region. The role is hybrid remote with extensive travel within established states.

You will present our regenerative portfolio to medical spas and dermatology practices, identify opportunities, and drive sales growth. The position requires 2–5 years in sales management, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of experience in sales management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Favorable background investigation clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their business objectives.
