Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the Midwest/Mountain West region. The role is field-based and hybrid, covering multiple states and substantial travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives of progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work with salespeople and internal teams to meet sales quotas.
• Answer questions about features, pricing and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other territories to share best practices.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their business objectives.
