Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the Midwest/Mountain West region. This field-based role requires presenting our regenerative-focused portfolio to medical spa and dermatology clients, driving growth, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will identify opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and travel frequently to meet clients, attend events, and participate in training.

Formación

• 2–5 years of sales management experience or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.
• Must be able to travel within the Midwest/Mountain West region.

Responsabilidades

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers in the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales reps and internal teams to meet quotas.
• Answer questions about features, pricing and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Share best practices across territories to support a cohesive approach.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, aligning with their business goals.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
