Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive sales across the Midwest and Mountain West. This field-based role requires daily travel within the territory and occasional overnight trips for training and conferences.

You will present our regenerative aesthetics portfolio to clinics and medspas, identify client needs, and develop strategies to grow accounts, with support from the SVP of Sales. A strong emphasis on relationships and industry insight is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales management, or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and keep executives informed on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales reps and internal teams to meet quotas.
• Maintain relationships and understand customers’ business objectives.
