Job summary

The International Rescue Committee is hiring an Intensive Case Management Caseworker in Tucson, AZ. You will provide strengths-based, client-centered case management to refugees and other ORR-eligible populations, coordinating services across medical, social, vocational, and financial supports.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or a related field is strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of case management experience in a social services environment.

Responsibilities

• Determine client eligibility for ICM programming and conduct intake assessments.
• Develop SMART self-sufficiency plans for each client enrolled in the ICM program.
• Evaluate client progress every six months and adjust needs accordingly.
• Assist clients in navigating healthcare and social service systems, including benefits applications and appointments.
• Conduct community outreach and maintain a network of service providers meeting client needs.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in client files and in IRC’s ETO database.
