Job summary

The International Rescue Committee in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Caseworker to provide trauma-informed services to refugees and ORR-eligible immigrants, supporting integration and client self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities include intake, creating Self-Sufficiency and Employability Plans, and coordinating with partners. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; bilingual abilities are preferred. This is a full-time, in-person position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or related field strongly preferred; relevant work experience may substitute.
• 2+ years of case management experience in a social services setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management for refugees and ORR-eligible immigrants.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop self-sufficiency plans with clients.
• Maintain client files and document interactions in required databases.
