The International Rescue Committee seeks a Caseworker in the United States (Arizona) to provide trauma-informed services to refugees and ORR-eligible immigrants, guiding them toward self-sufficiency. You will collaborate with clients, staff, and partners to develop tailored self-sufficiency and employability plans, leveraging a broad range of services and resources.

You will document progress, complete eligibility screenings, and help clients access benefits while maintaining culturally

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or similar field preferred.
• 2+ years of case management experience in social services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake services and assess client needs.
• Develop self-sufficiency plans and timelines with clients.
• Provide direct services, referrals, and advocacy.
• Assess progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
• Input client information into databases and help with reporting.
• Collaborate with coworkers and partner organizations; train volunteers.
• Drive to service area; transport clients/materials as needed.
• Complete eligibility screenings and assist with benefits applications.
