The International Rescue Committee (IRC) Phoenix seeks a Caseworker to provide trauma-informed services to refugees and ORR-eligible immigrants, helping them integrate and become self-sufficient. You will develop self-sufficiency plans, coordinate referrals, and track client progress using diverse services and resources.

Responsibilities include intake, plan development, case notes, and collaboration with partners.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or similar field preferred.
• 2+ years of case management experience in social services.
• Ability to work in cross-cultural environments and with refugees.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct intake services to assess client needs and develop self-sufficiency plans.
• Provide direct services, referrals, and advocacy to clients.
• Manage case notes and input data into program databases.
• Collaborate with coworkers and partner organizations to support clients.
