Job summary

Hussmann Corporation seeks skilled HVAC/R Technicians to maintain and repair refrigeration systems in supermarkets and cold storage facilities. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with service teams to ensure efficient operation.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, HVAC-R training, 10 years experience for external candidates (7 years with OJT) and EPA 608 certification. Valid driver's license and ability to travel with a company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Must have EPA 608 Universal Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record required.
• HVAC-R knowledge and ability to diagnose/repair refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnosis and repair of refrigeration, heating & air-conditioning systems.
• Assist in start-up of new refrigeration equipment with other technicians.
• Document work tickets and timesheets accurately and timely.
• Manage truck inventory and maintain parts with minimal waste.
• Lead PM programs and provide technical guidance to other technicians.
