Job summary

Hussmann Corporation seeks an HVAC/R Technician to perform maintenance and repair on supermarket refrigeration systems and self-contained merchandisers. You will diagnose HVAC/R systems with supervision from a Master or Lead Technician.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, EPA 608 certification, 5 years field experience (or 3 years with a technical school cert), and a valid driver's license. Benefits include paid training, company vehicle, and sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R knowledge and practical troubleshooting skills.
• EPA 608 certification and refrigerant handling knowledge.
• Experience working with supermarket HVAC/R equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed, routine maintenance on supermarket refrigeration systems and merchandisers.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration, heating, and air-conditioning systems with direction from Master/Lead Technician.
• Complete work tickets and electronic paperwork using handheld devices.
• Maintain truck inventory and adhere to fleet policy; support customer relations.
