• Maintains telephone etiquette and supports process improvements.
• Ensures patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Processes referrals according to urgency and tracks progress to prevent backlog.
• Coordinates between patient, PCP, and specialty providers for scheduling.
• Notifies patients of issues and provides instructions via messaging or phone.
• Provides excellent customer service via phone, messaging, and fax.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
