Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer- or patient-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer proficiency: scheduling software, emails, spreadsheets.

Aufgaben

• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients and visitors.
• Handle front desk operations: check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and calls.
• Review and follow up on referrals; update patient records and explain next steps.
• Maintain patient flow by confirming appointments, managing waitlists, and handling cancellations.
• Collect copays and other payments accurately, with basic reconciliation.
• Uphold HIPAA standards in all front desk interactions and documentation.
