US Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician to maintain and repair our diesel fleet, including tractors, trailers, bobtails, and lift gates. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document work using fleet software.

The role requires tools, reliability, and willingness to travel for training. Expect a schedule Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM, with a pay range starting at $36 hourly based on certifications and experience.

Formación

• 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
• TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certifications.
• Willing to travel and attend training provided by US Foods.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to reefer equipment repairs.
• Experience administering PM programs.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Reading/writing and basic math skills.
• Experience with fleet maintenance software preferred.
• Welding ability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete repairs on diesel equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
• Receive road calls, assign third party vendor, and coordinate action.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety rules.
• Document repairs and parts used in fleet software tablet.
• Mentor other maintenance shop personnel.
• Willingness to take on increased responsibility and certifications.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
