US Foods is seeking a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician to join our maintenance team. You will diagnose, repair and perform preventive maintenance on diesel fleet equipment, including tractors, trailers, and lift gates, to keep our delivery operations running smoothly.

This onsite role requires a minimum of three years hands-on experience, TK/Carrier certifications, and willingness to travel for training.

Qualifications

• 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
• TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certifications.
• Read and interpret technical/service manuals.
• Ability to read and write legibly and perform basic math.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates).
• Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
• Receive road calls, coordinate with vendors and plan actions with partners.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety rules.
• Document repairs and parts used in fleet software tablet.
• Mentor other maintenance staff and assume increased responsibilities.
