US Foods, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration maintenance technician to keep a safe, reliable diesel fleet running. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on tractors, trailers, and related equipment at our maintenance facility.

The schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, with compensation starting at $36 hourly and potential overtime. Candidates should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience and TK/Carrier refrigeration certifications, plus

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience as Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
• Willingness to travel for US Foods training.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency for reefer repairs.
• Experience administering preventive maintenance programs.
• Must furnish own hand tools.
• Ability to read and write legibly; basic math skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical service manuals.
• Experience with fleet maintenance software (preferred).
• Welding ability (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates).
• Perform preventive maintenance within DOT standards.
• Receive road calls, coordinate with third-party vendors and plan actions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety rules and regulations.
• Document repairs and parts used in fleet maintenance software.
• Mentor other maintenance shop personnel.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
