Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician to maintain and repair diesel fleet equipment, including tractors, trailers, and lift gates. The role requires diagnosing faults, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with partners to keep operations safe and efficient.

The position is onsite with potential travel for training, offering competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package starting day one.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
• TK/Carrier Refrigeration Certifications are required.
• Willing to travel and attend training provided by US Foods.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (tractors, trailers, bobtails, lift gates).
• Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.
• Receive road calls, coordinate with third-party vendors and plan actions with business partners.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment per safety rules and regulations.
