Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.

• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation; maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Provide regular recruiting activity updates and hiring metrics; ensure a positive candidate experience.

Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Contract Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives in West Los Angeles. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent across a variety of positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adapt to changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for professional, administrative, and corporate positions
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings
• Coordinate interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparationMaintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Provide regular recruiting activity updates and hiring metrics
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience working with ATS and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agency staffing or corporate recruiting
• Experience recruiting for administrative, professional, healthcare, technical, or operations roles
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
