You will partner with client teams to fill roles quickly while maintaining a positive candidate experience and ensuring compliance with hiring standards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, an Associate’s or higher degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and a track record of meeting hiring goals.
LHH Recruitment is currently hiring for a contract Recruiter for our client in Scottsdale, AZ. This position will have you in charge of the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing candidates, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiation of job offers.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
