Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in hiring a Recruiter. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity for the team. They are looking for a long-term fit!

This position will be a full-cycle recruiter, sourcing candidates from scratch, connecting with hiring managers to understand their needs, coordinating with candidates throughout the interview process, offering and negotiating, through to onboarding. This will be a high-volume position and interested candidates must be adaptable and able to pivot quickly within the role. This position will be recruiting for a wide array of positions including entry-level customer facing positions to corporate administrative roles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree desired (not required)
• Minimum 2 years full-cycle recruiting, within high-volume environments
• Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office and ATS systems
• Ability to work well independently and proactively and analytically problem-solve
• Able to multitask and prioritize throughout the day
• Excellent communication and ability to work with a wide array of individuals, including external contact and internal managers
• Tech savvy and ability to work within multiple software systems

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
