Job summary

LHH is partnering with a well-established entertainment company in West Los Angeles to recruit a Recruiter on an ongoing contract basis. You will work with hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, manage full-cycle recruitment, and attract top talent across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, and keeping accurate candidate records in the ATS, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments; entertainment, media, or corporate recruiting preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.

• Participate in recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting in fast-paced environments; entertainment, media, creative, or corporate recruiting experience highly preferred
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
