The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, feedback, and decision‑making processes.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication and support.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
