National Agents Alliance - The Alliance is seeking a dynamic recruiter to grow our field agent force through cold market recruiting. You will build relationships, assess candidate potential, and maintain a robust pipeline.

The ideal candidate will conduct interviews by phone or in person, meet weekly goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Office. This role is W2 with commission and incentives, plus 401k, health and life insurance, and equity options.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred (High School degree required).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
• High-energy and passion.
• Demonstrated ability to meet standards set forth.

This position is focused on growing and developing our field agent force through cold market recruiting. Employees will be equipped with all the necessary resources, training, and expertise to be successful at The Alliance.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through relationship building, EQ, and effort. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
