Job summary

• Prior experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

We’re partnering with a leading Chicago-based fintech company to hire a Recruitment Associate to support its high-volume Contact Center hiring team.

This is a strong opportunity for an early-career recruiter or experienced Recruitment Associatewho enjoys managing candidate pipelines, working in a fast-paced environment, and keeping a high-volume recruiting process moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Manage candidate pipelines for high-volume Contact Center hiring classes
• Review applications and resumes to confirm basic qualifications and hiring eligibility
• Advance qualified candidates through the HireVue video interview process
• Review HireVue responses and scoring to determine next steps
• Move candidates through a basic technical skills assessment
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Support candidates throughout the offer process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the ATS

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 2-3 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related experience
• Experience reviewing resumes/applications and managing candidate pipelines
• Prior experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Greenhouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidates and multiple competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable, collaborative, and team-oriented
• Interest in continuing to grow within recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree is not required.

Schedule

• Hybrid in Chicago
• Tuesday-Thursday onsite
• Monday and Friday remote
• Preference for availability Monday-Friday
• Approximately 30-35 hours per week, with flexibility to increase up to 40 hours per week depending on hiring volume

Compensation

$35-$45/hour, depending on experience

• Initial contract expected to run through approximately June 2027
• Potential for the opportunity to become longer-term or permanent depending on future business needs
