  • Draft offer letters using approved templates and guidelines; coordinate internal approvals, deliver offers to candidates, manage revisions, and track offer execution and completion.

  • Maintaining intern and campus recruiting calendars, tracking key deadlines across multiple schools and recruiting seasons.
ATS Management & Job Postings
  • Own day-to-day ATS administration, including creating and updating job requisitions, moving candidates through workflow stages, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Track candidate pipelines and provide regular status updates, metrics and reporting.
Pre-hire, Onboarding & Orientation
  • Coordinate all new hire pre-hire activities (e.g. background check coordination) and onboarding logistics (e.g. Day 1, workspace setup requests, IT provisioning coordination) and serve as the point of contact for incoming employees.
  • Process new hire files and onboarding tasks in HRIS, ensuring new hire records are accurate and audit ready.
  • Co-own and coordinate/schedule new-hire orientation and first week readiness in partnership with People and Performance Team, hiring managers, and relevant internal stakeholders.
