Job Description:

The Associate Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and entry-level roles during a high-volume hiring period. This position requires strong relationship‑building skills, comfort managing multiple openings simultaneously, and the ability to deliver quick, high-quality results. You will partner closely with hiring leaders, manage candidate pipelines, and contribute to process improvements throughout the recruiting cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and manage candidates for multiple simultaneous openings
• Support hiring needs across analytics, marketing, strategy, operations, and general corporate functions
• Handle high-volume requisition loads and meet weekly hiring goals
• Maintain accurate candidate activity within the applicant tracking system
• Partner with hiring managers to align on recruiting timelines, interview processes, and role requirements
• Provide guidance and recommendations throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research
• Coordinate interview logistics and collect interviewer feedback
• Share hiring metrics, updates, and pipeline insights with internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to strengthen candidate experience and improve processes

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience
• High‑volume, fast‑paced recruiting background from professional services
• Strong initiative, follow‑through, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience supporting 15–20+ active requisitions at once
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities
• Prior agency recruiting or consulting‑industry experience is a plus
