Job summary

Enterprise Peak, a staffing agency focused on aerospace, science, and emerging technologies, is seeking a recruiter to connect great candidates with the right opportunities. You will play a key role in fast-paced searches and contribute to our project-based growth from Chicago.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage recruiting process and strategy for multiple internal roles.
• Create, revise, and manage internal job postings and process all applications.
• Support internal hiring activities, including offer letters, background checks, and benefits administration.

Experience in an agency recruiting or staffing environment is strongly preferred. You understand the pace, urgency, and high standards required to support multiple searches simultaneously while delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

This role would be ideal for someone with 3-8 years of professional experience. We are looking for sharp individuals who are tech-savvy, collaborative, and eager to build up our internal teams. EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills are required for this role.

Compensation Package:

• Benefits: 4 weeks of time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), commuter benefits, monthly phone stipend, and free in-building gym
• Hybrid schedule: Onsite until your first placement, then transition to 3-4 days in-office / as necessary for the business

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and conduct interviews for candidates while managing the recruiting process and strategy for a variety of internal roles.
• Create, revise, and manage internal job postings while processing all applications for them
• Support general Internal hiring activities, including: offer letters, background checks, and benefit administration.

This will start as an on-site role based out of our office and can eventually move to a hybrid schedule of 1 remote day per week.
