Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Experience reviewing resumes/applications and managing candidate pipelines.
• Prior experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Bachelor’s degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate pipelines for high-volume Contact Center hiring classes
• Review applications and resumes to confirm basic qualifications and hiring eligibility
• Advance qualified candidates through the HireVue video interview process
• Review HireVue responses and scoring to determine next steps
• Move candidates through a basic technical skills assessment
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Support candidates throughout the offer process
• Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates within the ATS
• Manage multiple hiring classes and overlapping recruiting timelines
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Adapt quickly as hiring needs, class sizes, and recruiting priorities shift
