Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Recruiting Technology Analyst to support day-to-day systems, workflows, and processes in a high-volume recruiting environment. The role blends technology support with hands-on operational execution to improve ATS/CRM, reporting, automation, and AI workflows.

You will help recruiters and operations teams run faster and cleaner by reducing manual effort, improving data quality, and delivering clear documentation and training.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong familiarity with Recruiting operations workflows.
• Enjoys improving processes and not just following them.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to explain technical concepts in plain language and work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of Automation tools and APIs basics; AI workflow fundamentals; building/managing AI Agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and answer workflow questions across the recruiting tech stack.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow improvements and data standards.
• Build and maintain automations to reduce repetitive tasks and errors.
• Work with APIs and integrations; validate data flow with vendors as needed.
• Maintain ticketing, troubleshooting and escalations; manage onboarding data quality.
• Create simple SOPs, quick reference guides and training materials.
