Job summary

Conair is seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Coordinator to support the recruitment team by improving hiring workflows and coordinating day-to-day operations, including AI-enabled recruiting processes.

You will help ensure a smooth, candidate-friendly hiring process while supporting recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, driving AI tool optimization for sourcing, scheduling, reporting, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, HR operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.
• Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and digital process improvement.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communications, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ADP).
• Post jobs across internal and external platforms and monitor listing accuracy.
• Assist with offer coordination, background check workflows, and onboarding handoffs.
• Track recruiting activity and ensure process compliance and timely follow-up.
• Help maintain recruiting documentation, templates, SOPs, and process guides.
