Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Technology Analyst to support day-to-day systems, workflows, and operational processes for a high-volume recruiting organization. Based in the Operations team, this role blends recruiting-technology support with hands-on execution, improving ATS/CRM usage, reporting, automation, and AI workflows to help recruiters move work faster and with fewer errors.

You will document processes, train teams on new tools, and help scale operations with data

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting operations workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; track issues through resolution.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Recruiting, HR, IT.
• Knowledge of automation tools and API basics.
• Familiarity with AI workflow fundamentals and AI Agents is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues across the recruiting tech stack (ATS, reporting, comms tools).
• Identify inefficiencies and implement workflow, data, and process improvements.
• Build and maintain automations to reduce repetitive tasks and errors.
• Work with APIs/integrations at a practical level and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain incident ticketing, troubleshooting and escalations.
• Create and update SOPs, how-to guides, and training materials.
• Help build AI-enabled workflows and support basic AI Agent use-cases.
• Perform operational tasks to keep the team moving.
