Saronic Technologies is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to own and optimize the systems, data, and processes that power our recruiting organization in Austin. You will manage the ATS (Ashby), build dashboards, and ensure data quality to scale hires as the business grows.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and drives initiatives from concept to execution while maintaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Operations, or related roles.
• Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System (Ashby highly desired).
• Skilled in building recruiting reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to own and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and configuration of Ashby ATS, ensuring data integrity and alignment with recruiting operations.
• Evaluate and implement ATS functionality and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analytics showing hiring performance and trends.
• Monitor requisition health and pipeline activity, address aging requisitions and inconsistencies.
• Support workforce planning by maintaining recruiting data and partnering with leadership and Finance.
• Develop and maintain recruiting documentation and standard operating procedures.
