Applied Intuition is seeking a Senior Recruiting Operations Manager to oversee our recruiting systems, coordinate a growing team, and build scalable operational processes. You will own ATS (Ashby) and scheduling tools (ModernLoop) while driving data hygiene and SOX-compliant documentation for a public-facing company.

The role partners with People Operations on offer letters and background checks, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and smooth handoffs across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, scaling organizations and building operational strategies.
• Experience documenting processes that support data hygiene across recruiting systems.
• Recruiting programs experience.
• Collaboration with People Operations on offer letters and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operation of recruiting systems (ATS Ashby and ModernLoop).
• Lead recruiting coordination team's performance: scheduling, candidate communications, interview logistics.
• Develop documented, repeatable recruiting processes that scale with growth.
• Maintain data hygiene across systems and ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
• Prepare for SOX compliance with auditable processes before required.
• Partner with People Operations on offer letters and background checks.
